Project scope:
As a therapy practice focused on women, and in particular mothers, Root & Blossom sought an identity that communicates their vision to be a container for nurturing and growth as these individuals work through their struggles.
The identity honors imperfections and was inspired by a creating safe place where one learns to ground and flourish. The floral icon roots deep below the surface and blooms out of its container. The swash on the R cradles the o next to it, continuing that theme of nurturing and care. Soft, gentle colors, that aren’t over-sentimental, provide a soothing atmosphere to the design. The refined style is attractive to women looking to social media for solutions and expecting an approach that is considered and wise.
