Project scope:
Kaitlyn came to Rarely Pure as a new founder with a deeply felt belief: work shouldn’t have to feel so stressful. She wanted to help small business owners build healthier businesses, using better systems to reduce friction and anxiety for the people inside them. Rather than waiting until her business was fully formed, Kaitlyn used brand strategy to help shape it, uncovering the deeper belief behind the work, clarifying who she could best serve, what she wanted to be known for, and the kind of business she wanted to build from the start.
Through our strategy work, we connected Kaitlyn’s approach to operations, care for the human experience of work, and love of nature into a distinct point of view: structure as a catalyst for healthy growth. That became the foundation for positioning, defining a considered client experience, and clear language for communicating the value of her work.
I translated the strategy into the FlowStructure name, messaging, and an organically inspired identity balancing precision with fluidity. Together, these elements gave Kaitlyn more than a polished presence for launch: they gave her a clear foundation for stepping into founderhood with confidence and authority, with room for the business to grow alongside her.

As a new business owner, trying to work out every detail of my brand strategy entirely on my own was confusing and a bit frustrating.
